With winter nearly in our rearview mirror, we're looking to trade all those heavy stews, braises, and roasts that stuck to our ribs these past few months for lighter -- but equally satisfying -- fare. Meaty, rich and gracefully flaky, halibut is the perfect bridge between cold-weather mains and light-on-their-feet spring meals. For this contest, show us how you deftly handle this flatfish -- we're looking for Your Best Halibut Recipe.
